Founded in late 2019 by vocalist József Nagy and guitarists Dávid Tóth and Gergõ Nagy, coming from the Hungarian suburbs of the most disadvantaged regions, Wires set no smaller goal than creating a fearless musical entity which ultimately pictures the state of humanity where each and every person is fed by an inner darkness, something dark lurking around the corner and something terrible that is forming inside.

Shaping this monster for years prior to their release of “varlet” on 17.06.22, they created a musical style comprising a haunting atmosphere created by synthesizers, supported by heavy rhythms and pumping drums. The characteristics of the music was put into word by guitar player and producer Dávid Tóth, as “disturbing riffs & distorted synths”.

Completed by drummer Gergõ Erdei in 2021, the Industrial Metalcore quartet, Wires is set to depart on a journey of spreading anger, frustration and inertia with their first releases “varlet” and “sirrah”.
